Middle Tennessee Medical Association of Billers

The Middle Tennessee Medical Association of Billers is a local chapter of the
national Medical Association of Billers(MAB). MAB is dedicated to the pursuit of
excellence in the development of medical billing and coding programs which are
centered around the principles of encouragement, excellence, integrity and service.

The Mission

" To provide Medical Billing and Coding Specialist a reliable source of procedural and diagnostic coding information. We offer education and training in International Classification of Diseases (9th Revision)Clinical Modification (ICD-9-CM), Current Procedural Terminology Fourth Edition (CPT-4), HCPCS National Level II Coding, and reimbursement trends."

As a member of MAB medical professionals pledge to provide accurate, honest and
timely information for the betterment of the health insurance claims profession.

Member ship fees:

Individual Membership Annual Fee: $115.00

Multiple Membership Annual Fee: $105.00 (Per Person)

Corporate Membership Annual Fee: 1-4 employees $295 total
5-10 employees, $85 per employee; over 10 employees, $75.
per person. (Corporation or business name appears on all
Association documents rather than an individual's name. All
employees may take full advantage of the savings and benefits
of a Corporate Membership.
